I currently live in a three bedroom, one bathroom house located in beautiful St. Lucia, with balcony railings and a verandah overlooking a beautiful sea view. It provides lots of space for my three person family with a large, airy livingroom and kitchen but my one issue with the house is the bathroom. The bathroom currently houses a white single sink on a blue pedestal as soon as you enter the bathroom with a white medicine cabinet directly above. Lime green walls and lime green tiles in the tiny stand in shower are a desperate plea for help and the tiny toilet is in need of a change. I would first make the bathroom a little larger to accomodate a tub as well as a stand in shower or maybe the two could be combined to save space. I would definately prefer a sink with a cabinet below for more storage space and a slightly bigger toilet. A neutral color for the walls and brighter lightning would be ideal. I could envision my bathroom as a sanctuary to get away from everyday life. However, it's not close to that today. |
